RLC apparently has a lot of time on his hands, and I guess that one site, the HOA has a page devoted to the “Watch” patrol, where it states clearly his (I mean their) goal is to alert the PVE Police to any and all law breaking that occurs within his (I mean their) purview of patrol.

    1. Seems like a very dangerous place with much lawlessness; I would not pay 9.5 million to live in such a dangerous area. Not to mention a culture of non-enforcement of the laws.
